Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Lunar New Year.

Our shipping partners do their best to ensure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur.  Ganebet Store cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

We wanted to share a behind-the-scenes look at our production lines so you can see how we’re creating your orders:

Due to unprecedented demand and limited production capacity though, turnaround times will be slower than normal. Some orders can see delays of up to 5-10 business days of processing time.

Shipping times within the US can take up to 5-10 business days
Shipping times outside of the US can take up to 15-40 business days

When delivery is later than expected for a long time (about 2-3 week), please notify us via email: email.com. We will resolve it for you in 2 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, your information will undergo a verification process. This is for us to make sure that we have valid and complete shipping information. If not, we will be sending an email to ask for more information so we can update the information that we have on file. Please be kind enough to respond to the email that we are sending, otherwise, your order will be canceled. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your order if the shipping information is incomplete. The verification process takes 1-2 days and after that, we will be sending an email notice with your tracking number on it.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number via Email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days. You can later track your Order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Mail Menu. If you didn’t receive an Email, please contact us, so we can provide you with the information, before making a Charge back, in some cases, Emails don’t get send automatically.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

I send an Email but got no response?

Please check the email address that you sent it to and try again. We have a 24/7 days a week Support. In case there is still no reply, contact to our email support, we will answer back within 1 business day.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we can’t send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

 

Additional non-returnable items: 

– Gift cards 

– Downloadable software products 

– Some health and personal care items 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

– Book with obvious signs of use 

– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.

 

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.

 

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
